Welcome to Cannabis Business Group (CBG). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including members, visitors, and others who access or use our service.

2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals who are at least 21 years old and businesses operating within the legal cannabis industry. By signing up for membership, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Membership Types
CBG offers various membership options:

• Individual Membership: Grants access to one individual.

• Business Membership: Available for businesses with 1-5 or 6-10 members, providing access to designated individuals within the business.

2.3 Membership Fees
Membership fees are as follows:

• Individual Membership: $15/month

• Business Membership (1-5 members): $50/month
  Fees are subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

2.4 Payment
All membership fees are due monthly and must be paid in full before access to member services is granted. Payments are non-refundable.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Access and Use
Members are granted access to CBG's services, including networking events, meetings, and the member portal. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3.2 Member Conduct
Members agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions within CBG. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.

3.3 Substitutions
Business members may send substitute participants to meetings as long as the substitute is a legitimate representative of the member’s business. The substitute must comply with all terms and conditions.

4. Events and Meetings

4.1 Scheduling
CBG will organize and schedule meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Members are expected to RSVP in advance and attend regularly.

4.2 Cancellations
CBG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. Members will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

4.3 Attendance
Attendance at events and meetings is a key component of membership. Members who fail to attend multiple events without notice may face restrictions or termination of membership.

5. Website and Member Portal

5.1 Website Access
CBG’s website and member portal provide access to member services, account information, and event details. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5.2 Content Ownership
All content provided on the CBG website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by CBG and is protected by intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Member
Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to CBG. Membership fees are non-refundable.

6.2 Termination by CBG
CBG reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership for violations of these terms and conditions, non-payment of fees, or any other reason deemed appropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

CBG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where CBG is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

10. Changes to Terms

CBG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
